Key Responsibilities
- Direct building information modeling (BIM) management, computational parametric workflows, and digital design standards across multi-million dollar civic and commercial developments.
- Develop automated algorithmic scripts using Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo to optimize complex building geometries and structural facades.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary clash detection, MEP integrations, and Navisworks audits across structural engineers, general contractors, and trade consultants.
- Ensure digital model compliance with AIA, LEED v4, and regional municipal building codes through all phases of schematic design and construction administration.
- Mentor project architects and design teams on advanced generative design, rendering pipelines, and unified Revit project templates.
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or Computational Design; Registered Architect (RA) or AIA license strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of dedicated BIM leadership and computational modeling experience within recognized architectural design practices.
- Expert mastery of Autodesk Revit, Rhino / Grasshopper, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Enscape / Twinmotion rendering.
- Demonstrated portfolio of landmark commercial, institutional, or urban master planning built projects.
- Strong collaborative aptitude with experience leading multi-disciplinary design coordination meetings.
