Key Responsibilities
- Plan schedules and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
- Manage multiple projects and track progress.
- Inspect job sites to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain project records and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, equipment, and multiple job sites.
- Basic computer and project-tracking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and professional references required.
- HVAC, facility services, or related industry experience preferred.
- Additional project management or industry certifications are a plus.
