Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and kickoff meetings.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
- Coordinate subcontractors, contracts, and project documentation.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Monitor schedules, progress, and project risks.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams.
- Provide regular project updates and manage final closeout.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of commercial ground-up construction project management experience.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and safety standards.
- Experience with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
